I agree with your statement, except that this usuall applies to stocks that have had a run up and have pulled back a few percent , maybe 5 - 10 % and then look for a "cup and handle" to form ,,then watch and usually expect a move to the up side. This stock ( SSPIF ) has done none of the above . Best of luck , in my opinion you will need some.
