1. he should act according ot his conscience and refuse
2. he should quit and EXPOSE the dirty biz.

I'm no fan of the current system...and I know some (a lot?) of what you alluded to does goes on...

I do know, however, that Kumar (in the past) has been one of the few to take negative positions (on Gateway, Compaq) when everyone was believing management's "spin"...he turned out to be right....also, he has defended Dell many times in the past....and has been proven right...

So, I guess my point is, he should retain more credibility than most, and it is less likely (although, admittedly, not impossible) that "your" scenario is taking place..
