I thought so Z. They bought this company not even 10 months ago as part of a PLAN. They got the encryption approvals just recently...and then they OUT OF THE BLUE..Sell-Out for 6 bucks !! WHY ????????????

Yes, it did giving Shiva the opportunity to release an integrated offering. But it seems there was a failure in execution. Perhaps the "Isolation Systems" stuff and the Shiva stuff were not as compatible from an integration perspective as was assumed at the acquisition. However, one would have thought that this would have been discovered during "due diligence".
