I don't think one can make a blanket statement like this in this case. These folks make huge bucks, including not only salaries but stock options as a target/bonus, and at this time of the year, they are just tax-posturing and reorganizing their portfolios. What they sell/sold is most likely a drop in a big bucket of water. I've never seen the top executives MORE POSITIVE than at the current time !!! JMHO

I sold 15% of my shs today. I'm not negative. I'm amazed Gerstner sold only 3% of his total holdings! I only sold to have some funds ready in case the stock backs up before going higher again. That may not happen for a while.
