Greetings to all... So now it's "confirmed??"...We now own 41% of Dark Star...Jimmy appears to be playing catch-up with the 1997 Annual Report... We now have Jimmy issuing a PR stating they have "entered into an agreement" which will increase MIQ's ownership of Darkstar to 41%... Well, that perhaps appears to explain the increase from 21%?? to 41%... ( Astute individuals will already be aware that they previously indicated in their 1997 Annual Report that we already owned 41% of Dark Star sometime on or before December 31, 1997)...So this is "OLD NEWS"....Notice that, conveniently, no dates are associated with the timeframe of this "agreement".. We also note that some properties are being "transferred"... We have to ask ..WHEN....???? For WHAT considerations...??? To WHOM...??? ...and "WHY"???...Sloppy...!!! Now, I know that this may not be an important issue to some of you, but in the MIQ 1997 Annual Report we were informed by two directors of the company (by their signatures on page 10 of that report) (Refer to Note 3) that "the Corporation has a 100% interest in Railroad, ..............., a 50% interest in POD and a 80% interest in Dark Star"... Now, go to the Auditors' Statement on Page 9 of that same report(Dated April 10, 1998)... Seems to me, from the claims made in their statement, that the auditors' audit finds we own 80% of Dark Star... But, Jimmy says we now only own 41%... Looks like we can perhaps now expect another "after the fact??" Press Release regarding our "defacto" ownership percentage of Dark Star (or Darkstar)... Exit AGORA.....Enter ...??? And the beat goes on... Regards....Ray
