Z, that's what I WAS talking about yesterday on my posts. The upcoming lawsuits are going to attack the obvious conflict of interest. All of the re-priced options are "under water".....But, not anymore because they are re-priced..yet again..as part of the intel deal!! How can shareholders believe Zucco when he says the deal is in shareholder's best interests....when the lower the deal, the better it is for management? Unless...Unless Intel raises the bid and raises the new options as well. That would go against Intel's bottom line...But I have to believe that Intel was willing to pay as much as 12 for Shiva...But they didn't...and I would like Zucco or others close to him to explain where the 6 bucks came from. O.K. Out there ??? Would you explain it already ? So I can stop asking you already ?? Anyone from Zuccoland care to stand up and respond? Maybe us upset shareholders are missing something here?
