BGP should be watched. Volume is only about 10% higher than usual.
did just bounce off its 7 day moving average and has been in an uptrend of late, it's technical chart is good with all MA's moving upwards and bullish, RSI is bullish and so is MACD and MACD histogram This earning quarter would see anything above 0 it could mean a good move for the stock and beating estmates.

Wall Street analysts are forecasting the third quarter will see results of $0.00 per share for Borders. Analysts' estimate the quarter will fall below those posted in the prior year earlier quarter of $0.01 per share.

Borders has earnings of $1.04 vs .88 of bks

ROS (Return on Sales) : 3.5%
Divisional Margins : 6.1%
Cash Flow Margins : 6.0%
ROA (Return on Assets) : 5.3%
ROE (Return on Equity) : 13.4% (11.96%) bks
Earnings Growth : 24.5%
debt/equity: 1% (74% for BKS)

earnings growth for BGP estimated at 24.5% trades at a 14% discount.
earnings growth for BKS estimated at 6.5% trades at a 25% premium.
In most profit categories BGP outshines BKS...
