ADEL 7 I beg to differ but those journals though great journals and well read are read by what we call thinking doctors, the doctors that need this are the action group of cutting doctors, intensive care journals and emergency medicine journals. From a neurosurgeons point of view the Journal of Neurosurgery would suffice. gabe Now the New England Journal of Medicine would get more press coverage. By the way LANCET is well read in the US and has a very good reputation.
