Mr. Uncle Frank,

I think what has happen is the institutions know that this case will go on for years (3-5 years, appeals, etc).

More importantly MSFT is positioning itself to go after AOL and Yahoo on the internet. MSFT is positioning it's portal to be one of the most important if not the most important on the internet. You will be able to do all your business/shopping from MSFT.

As far as e-commerce, MSFT will dominate the middle to low end immediately and expand into the large sector. This is where MSFT real growth and income in the future will come from. Rumors I have heard, can not substantiate it since no one has done it to date, say that the income will be compounded, far exceed anything they thought was great in the past.

This is what will propel MSFT to grow at a compound growth rate that will exceed anything they have experience in the past.

With the internet stocks going great guns, MSFT is going along too.

Lastly, last I know MSFT was planning on 3 splits in the next 5 years.

Good Investing,

JK
