Scotty, Let's see if current funds will continue their 3 month lead into the 'one year' top performance section.

The Fidelity prospectus shows a 111.62% calendar year gain for their "Precious Metals and Minerals" select portfolio in 1993, a year in which the S&P yielded a more average return of 10.08%. Fidelity's "American Gold" select portfolio yielded 78.68% in 1993, not quite like the SA based return shown in your post, still respectable though.
