Well, there have no land or buildings that they own. They've sold BIOS assets. They have some intellectual properties (primarily SysWiz and CardWiz). Valuation on that is a black magic, given that few customers are actually BUYING those technologies...

Cash? CASH?? I don't think we're talking more than MILK MONEY...

Shareholders equity is negative by a very large amount so even if you add in market value (as opposed to cost) of real estate, it's still negative (if they owned any real estate which I don't know).
