<The site has reached functionality> I don't think so. I ordered a CD on Oct. 30. I did not receive it. I sent e-mails on Nov 6, two on Nov. 9, and Nov 10. I sent e-mails to two different addresses. I got one e-mail back from Amy on the 9th saying that she would get back to me first thing Tuesday morning...which she didn't. If they cannot fix my order now when they are not yet busy, what are they going to do when the order volume increases?

Im have stated that i am long..i am now seriously re-evaluating my position on this company...i will for a fact...sell all of my shares on monday and tues. of next week if we do not have some sort of positive pr this week.....we are missing the boat...i would rather take a loss on this and put my money back into something more established....i really dont want to give up on this company, i believe it will be a winner sometime...but the shear stupidity of having a national ad campaign and not issuing a PR about it is ludicris...
