Talked to Wall Street Group. Seems APG has talked to AMEX about listing there on two occasions. Your assumption may well be correct about who owns or is involved in a large position in APG. The float is actually only supposed to be 200,000 currently and 1.7 MIL if you count shares from earlier this summer, although they may not be trading yet. Therefore any substantial buying should move stock upward (IMO). They are looking at more acquisition candidates and plan to build a large company and be listed by mid-1999, we shall see.
