I belive that Newt, when he got caught taking the same kind of book-deal payoff he crucified Jim Wright with, was sentenced to a fine of 200,000, mostly for getting caught lying to the ethics panel during his hearing. So, sometimes when you can prove it, people get punished, even when congress is the judge. Chaz P.S.
