Just saw posted on a thread that Sec of Defense just ordered another 600 planes and possibly ground troops to gulf. This is getting serious now and I believe why the TICK just tanked deep into negative territory. Happy Veterans Day. Only Clinton the draft dodger would have the balls to do this on this holiday.

Possible head and shoulders forming on the 60 minute chart for the iix. I don't have an actual number, but I think it would need to drop a bit below today's early lows to confirm.
