I don't really know but I'll take a guess: selling part (the reagents business) or all of the company is probably the top priority. Secondly, they're probably searching for therapeutics or diagnostics to in-license that will complement their own products/licenses. Generally speaking, I think they want to become a therapeutics company - either alone or as a merged outfit. I think the next serious price pop will be when something like this becomes a reality. Rudy
