I suspect this is the increase in $2-4 or so in the last week. It seems to me that in order for Clinton's tactic of keeping IRAQ in line to work, it will require pushing things to the last second...brinkmanship. The market probably won't like this, but it should be somewhat jaded to this by now. It's incredible how the flow of good news and bad news has increased in frequency so much in this year.
