TO ALL:

In an effort to keep all informed as to events which affect your company we want to report that gold and PGMs have been successfully extracted from Oro Grande well water in laboratory tests. As a result one set of resin columns has been installed at the Oro Grande mine site. We shall process 400 gallons of well water per day, which is the next step in this testing process.

If this step is successful, as part of the evaluation of the Oro Grande, a pump will be installed in the mineshaft to facilitate the extraction of gold and PGMs directly from the water contained in the mine.

Mr. Sonny Lamont shall monitor this Oro Grande operation and no additional manpower shall be required.

Our main thrust continues to be the Hassayampa project and toward this end Mr. Mike McKay shall remain at the Hassayampa site from November 13th through December 10th with the goal of completing the fifty-ton test and getting us into successful production.
