I personally wouldn't download a bill, but the more flexible the system is, the more consumers will like and use the system.

Not to change the subject, but I think the Excite/Bank One deal is big, getting a lot of press. Glad to see the service will roll out by first half of 1999. I think because of Y2k FREEZE's, if a bank doesn't role out a product by the first half of 1999, they will most likely have to wait until year 2000.
