ZO,

< Stop paying attention to details, and focus on big picture.>

What was that ? As any good investor knows, whether you buy and hold or trade on a daily basis, you have to pay attention to the details. The CEO and major shareholder selling stock is worth paying attention to.

MHO,

Peppe

The insider selling is not only old news but it is an annual event. The reason the stock was sold is because it had to be. When insiders file to sell stock they face certain time constraints and the window for selling is restricted. In other words, if he didn't sell at that time he would have to forego selling altogether.

There are many companies who's insiders have sold stock on a consistent basis this year, and yet their stock has continued higher.
