I use the continuos back-adjusted contract option from Pinnacle. It is managed through their software so you don't have to fumble with it. It links together contracts while compensating for difference in values. They will provide an article from TASC explaining how it done. So far it has worked well.

The models have been doing well lately. I have only been checking up on them occasionally, as I have concentrating on building a few models for stocks I trade in my retirement account. Again, I am not actively trading them at the moment, although I have in the past.
