Seems to me that when someone has as much money as Terry or a Bill Gates, annual sales of their stock at any price is meaningless. For these guys to avoid sending the wrong impression to the markets they purposely sell a small amount around the same time every year. To do otherwise would not send a reassuring signal to the remaining shareholders.

Keep in mind too, that Terry has the most to gain and to lose by movements in NN stock price. I find it very difficult to read any more into this debate than what it is; a non-event. Rob
