Gottfried, Check the DW charts, bpasia and bpeuro, expanded version. IMO, the positive turnaround in europe and asia is the probable reason for the SEMI stock turning around. I will be posting the bull % later this evening. SEMI's have now broken into the 70% (overbought) area at 70.90 percentile range. But the IBD shows that the Semi-equip. sector is on the upward move.

I would approach Elaine with caution. If I recall correctly, this is the same Garzarelli that 2 years or so ago was touting "sell everything and hold cash". The bull did not turn or waiver for well over a year after that sterling advice. Those who followed that advice lost big time. On the other hand, one cannot be wrong every time.
