If that's the case, Tim could not have moved the stock....He sold 2 hours before he told the thread(on a stop loss) came back said that the stock got stopped out...Who else knew Tim sold? Maybe (and this is a big maybe) Tim decides to sell, locks in his profits tell the thread 5 minutes later, the thread begins to sell and them the stock might be driven lower...When Tim was stopped out the stock had already begun to drop...therefore Tim did not move the stock. VM
