What an insane little world we have here. I would like to add a few things. First of all, the time to buy a stock is when it is low(er). Yesterday alot of people bought NEWZ around the 10 to 10.5 dollar area. The top yesterday I think was 11. Just a few days ago it was at 7 and change. A big run up, fueled in part by the internet mania. Due for a slight correction, which we got today from a peak of 11 to a bottom of 8. My avg price was 9-7/8 going in today and when it dropped below 9 I bought more. My avg is now closer to 9 1/8. I would not have bought more (generally speaking) if NEWZ was in the midst of a downtrend, but I beleive the opposite to be true here. NEWZ is uptrending and if you believe in the stock you need to strap on a pair and buy it when it looks like it is crumbling. This is risky because the bottom may be dropping out for a reason, but in the case of NEWZ I dont think that is true. So, NEWZ is not dead by any means and if you notice it raced into the close, gaining over 1/2 point in about 3 minutes. I am not worried about NEWZ at the moment and I encourage others to do some research to edify your belief in NEWZ. Similarly, ONSL which I was advocating buying earlier today when it was at 20 or so did the same type of thing. I got into ONSL yesterday at 21-1/2. It closed at 20 and change. Instead of freaking out I waited to see what would happen. It opened up and then quickly retreated to 19. So, I bought more at 20 and my avg price is now 20.5. I know ONSL fairly well and I dont think it will just crash out of the blue from here so buying at 20, while risky, was the thing to do and I did it. Next, I dont know Tim at all, but I have seen a number of stock gurus here on SI and he seems to be better than most. For the last time nobody makes anyone do anything and everyone is responsible for their own trades BUT one has to take responsibility for the things they say. It is true that Tim was really pushing NEWZ and shouting from the rooftops about it. He did say that he would buy on any dips. He did not say that if it fell a certain amount he would be out. He could have said that since he was dispensing advice but he didnt. He has no responsibility to do this and I would have put stop losses in also if I was going out. But to avoid this sort of mess one should lay out there whole scenario if they are laying it out at all. So NEWZ can go to the teens, buy on dips etc but if it breaks such and such I will have to sell and look to re enter. That sort of thing would be better. Anyway, Tim if you leave just because you are getting grief about this then you probably shouldnt have started dispensing advice so formally in the first place. I hope you reconsider and just learn from this expereince becasue we can all learn from you and each opther. All the best aya
