Good Internet Play based on TA: CYCH

CYCH has just began its inevitable runnup. It dropped from 28 to about 6 during the "correction".

Huge insider buying in Sept with the president Melton buying 3.5 million shares at 10.

On balance volume has shown a triple bullish divergence over the past 2 months; ie lower lows but at each lower low, higher On balance volume reflecting a paradoxical accumulation. Also momentum indicators, MACD all showed recent breakout. Had traded in a range from 7 3/4 to 9 on usual volume of 150 k until last week when volume surged to 500k, finally with 1.2 million yesterday and today the BREAKOUT with 2.7 million shares closing up 1 3/16 [14%] at 10.

I own calls and stock and believe this is an excellent candidate to shoot up 5 to 10 more points quickly as volume increases and people jump on it.

Good Luck,

Jeff

<<<Theres not enough people on any of the internet stock threads except maybe yahoo.>>>

Hi Michelle,

I've noticed the same thing too and the quality of the posts
leaves something to be desired as well....but then again,
we've been spoiled here on the Dell thread with some of
the best Dell minds on the planet.
I've also been itching to get in on the internet crazies
so would appreciate learning of your foray into that sector.

Regards,

Michelle, take a look at ONSALE. This company is a competitor EBAY and the technology is being used by Yahoo to compete with EBAY. Yahoo does not charge a penny for the auction while you have to pay EBAY commission. Onsale just open in Japan. The reason for EBAY to skyrocket is Goldman Sachs which has a target of 150 (wonder what Abbey says about this). ONSL has been dormant for quite a while, but starts moving nicely. Recent volumes have been more than ten times daily average. About three months ago there was an article stating that ONSL has the highest sales per employee. Second place? Our beloved Dell.

But bear in mind, those internet stocks are for speculation. If you want an investment, can you think a better place to put your money than Dell? Dell has the highest internet sales (Cisco will dispute that, but what is defined as internet sales. Is phone call to 800 number and followed by internet ordering or vice versa considered sales on the internet?)

Good Luck.
