I am out of Pender for the time being...in to Yogen Fruz. I think PNL will do well, but there is so much other sound growth stocks to be had (read: beaten up) that I will take a breather and perhaps re-enter when solid earnings are released and the deal actually closes.

I have been out all day, haven't seen news but apparently it's the private placement, as you say.

We're still hanging tough here, no doubt it's going to move up before long, IMO.
