Andy, I am planning to get back in at around 21 1/2 and then any thing below it. IMHO accumulation has been too strong to let it go down any further. Some posters have tried to compare its chart to July and October 1997 pattern but I think we are here for new highs soon. The only concern is broader correction either due to FED not cutting the rate or due to Iraq stuff. Therefore I would suggest for averaging down whenever we can if market dives down.
