Scott gold and the PGM are not easily soluble in water in their metallic form, you will end up with 100 times more iron, calcium and normal table salt (each) then you would have gold, you will still face the problem of separating the gold and PGM (the little which is soluble) from the rest of the "salt cake".

Not to mention the legal fees and expenses when the public finds out you are pumping Arizona water out of the ground and letting it evaporate.
