Raven, The shares were not paid to the Guttman companies. They were sold, supposedly under rule 504. If you look at the original set of documents that I posted a few months ago, you will see the letters that Arthur Lindsay wrote to Richard Day authorizing the sale. I don't have ALL the documents, but I did post some of them.
