You are right that Dell is late in the game in China, and CPQ IBM might ring a better brand name. Agree that access charge in China or VietNam sucks, besides due to tough sensors not much fund to surf internet. Even an email account cost 10 bucks or more a month and a limit of 1-2 mails a day (in VN). Most still love computer as a tool of better education/better job.
