Good Evening Folks,

Every thing sounds good. I listened in on the Conf Call.

The One part that I could not understand was where Lev was asked about the conversion price of the preferred stock and its relationship to the milestone of a contract, and Lev responded that there was none.He said the conversion will depend on the price of the stock.
Could somebody please clarify. Fred you seem awefull quite after the call.Any comments ?? :-)
Thankyou all

Prasanna

Dennis, Thanks. I realize from today's posts that this battery
is nothing like I had in mind. New to the thread and trying to pick up
on the product. I decided to sell today at a minimal loss for two
reasons. 1) Specs at 25c only usually indicate some temp testing
problems, not uncommon to a young technology. 2) Unknown yields. If
they run 60% that's probably adequate for reliability. Not often can
a product be produced with low yields and not end up having significant field failures. Greater than 90% and it's time to rock and roll. The stock is moving on speculation. Think I'll wait for
the next earnings report. I'd rather pay a little more than learn
they can't deliver the backlogs.
