Amazon.com's Bezos, Other Insiders File to Sell 277,500 Shares Bloomberg News November 9, 1998, 3:43 p.m. PT Amazon.com's Bezos, Other Insiders File to Sell 277,500 Shares Washington, Nov. 9 (Bloomberg) -- Amazon.com Inc. insiders, including Chairman and Chief Executive Jeffrey P. Bezos, filed to sell 277,500 shares worth a total of $35.2 million as shares rose on news of smaller-than-expected losses at the No. 1 Internet bookseller. Bezos expected to receive $22.8 million, or $126.50 a share, from sales of 180,000 shares that were planned for around Nov. 2, according to a filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission on Nov. 5. Because the filing on a Form 144 listed proposed sales, rather than completed ones, details of any actual trades won't be known until Bezos submits a subsequent filing to the SEC. Amazon.com spokesman Bill Curry declined to elaborate on whether any sales were completed.

Yiwu, In respect to using company computers to view porn, I agree completely. But when it comes to overthrowing a corrupt and abusive government, I believe in using whatever means that are accessible. I am not saying the people in China are currently under a corrupt and abusive government, but I believe that at times, they have been. The people should have the right and the ability to communicate to each other their thoughts and opinions on the performance of the governing officials. Oh well, enough politics, Have fun, Phil
