Berney,

Normally, I would not be too concerned about the fed, but I'm also trying to lock in a home loan rate either this week or next, so this is doubly applicable. I also expected a big day on NASDAQ, but was wrong, again... :)

Overall, I'm looking forward to the year end. I'm very curious of what my LEAP based returns will be for the year. I'll post my numbers (Good, Bad & Ugly :).

Christopher

PS For me, dart throwing is a better method of predicting AG & Co. In December, I'm planning an studying some of Steve's Doji juju, so I can start to get a handle on TA. I see the limits of my dart method of market timing. :)

>>I was really amazed at the lack of follow thru on Intel's announcement<< Talking about lack of follow through

Anybody having anything to do with Intel stock, raise your hands...- I'll even accept those that owned it the last three months and/or intend to buy some before/for Xmas. Hey...Im surprised - "one, two, do I see three, can I have three, can I have two and a half..." -

So, back to the subject were we discussing ... Investing, right? (g)

PS: re Fund statistics etc. Is it strictly necessary to keep on proving this well known thruth again and again and again?. Dump those files and go for index certificates.
