I've used EBAY to buy antiques and collectibles. I think it is great. I am able to shop dealers all across the country, rather than just the ones a few hours from NYC. It will not replace going to antique shows or flea markets for me but it has opened up a whole new vista of buying opportunities via their auctions. The pictures of the items are very clear and the sellers most cooperative. As soon as I get a scanner I intend to sell there too.
