Steve, great forum ideia. Since I'm from Brasil I'm flattered. I think this whole deal about the political scandal will not lead no where. We might see some interest rates cuts today in the Cupom meeting (Brazilian Fed equivalent), this might give some steam to the market. The problem is that dedicated investors, mutual fund like, bought to much stock last week after the approval of Social Sec reforms in congress when TBR took off. They were underweighted and couldn't afford to underperform in the way up.

This only a view, there is too much overhang in the market now.

Best Regards,

Pedrox
