Stitch,

This stock has no story except what I read in the Q filed on the 10th...

1) Lost $1.33 per share even if you drop the $77 million in "extra" reserves...this is not a one-time type charge that one could ignore...they have blown these reserves for quite some time in order to have to increase the reserves so much. They must have a 15% plus defect rate. The loss for the year is supposed to be just over $3. It was over $2 for the quarter on negative margins.

2) They just found out about the return rates...yeah, right...unless its the newest units that they are putting out that are the problem...

3) 26% decrease in unit shipments - guess Fujitsu, Maxtor and Samsung really are kicking the crap out of them.

4) Something for the future - even though they have had a reduction in force, they want to build a new HQ if the market turns..HA! that's thinking about the investor

I certainly haven't tried to take any of these items out of context, I'm not too sure that they can be read any other way

This is a screaming short...

Scott.
