If it wasn't Guttman's or any other mgt's company, then why did the President of ICVI issue 1,000,000 (later to be amended to 1,500,000) shares to Karvi Corporation? twinjet.simplenet.com It was either payment for services never rendered or (as I suspect) a blatant laundering of securities that were converted to cash.
