When the Form 10 is filed electronically it should be available on Edgar within 24-48 hours. I just arrived here, but for the company to say it is "in the SEC's hands" sounds very fishy. After filing electronically, if the SEC has no further questions, a company becomes "fully reporting" after 60 days. The bottom line is that if it is filed, you should see it. Don't get mad at me, just here via the JAWS board as Brewer and Pritchard are working for us as well. John
