I think everyone pretty much already figured in a debt/share offering. However, they didn't figure in the sale of assets or cost-cutting. Also, they didn't figure it would all happen so soon. The net of this seems positive since the share and debt offering is now less than what it might have otherwise been. You are correct about the small dilution. Maybe it will be even smaller yet considering the road show starts right away and there will be positive coverage (less shares at a higher price to meet the target).
