John.. I agree that a reverse split in now the only action that they can do to keep their listing. I have never liked a reverse split, I still think it could be the kiss of death. I think this is the time to bail out the water in the boat. Sink of swim for VSI. I do not intend to continue holding this looser. Dead Cats do bounce, Dead Dogs don't bounce.???? Dead Ducks just die??? Just my opinion. Good Luck Richard
