Kerry, I'd say with 99% certainty that the name "Tracey Moore" is not the real name of the person using that account. Thus, I think you're going a wild goose chase. If we go back and find the past posts by that person through the years, and determine what the similarity is between them, we'll probably have pegged a PR firm. Wanna try?
