Its funny how long the government takes to pay Vitech...200 days interesting...

While a good portion comes from the government, being the number two seller of computers in Brazil they also sell to the private sector.

And last time I checked Brazil was operating a 7% of GDP deficit, and eventually they will have to come around to the fact that they must devalue or cut back spending aggressively.

Do you remember how unattractive companies that sold a lot of computer equipment to the government in the early 1990s? They either suddenly sold to the private sector or died.

This company's stock is being manipulated. Sales are simply unsustainable considering the hole the government is in.
