DM: CPQ - You may get a lower price but I would not count on it. I have not seen the investment so bullish on CPQ in quite a number of years. With all the over valuation out there right now, and CPQ's recent direct purchase model being announced....I think the time is right for them to pop about 10 points...over a couple weeks.

CPQ is the one issue, that I follow VERY closely. I also follow ABTX to a lesser extent.

They are fun to trade though, you can almost bank on how they trade. The pop in the morning on good news and then slide back towards open for the rest of the day. Very easy to sell at or near the high, then play other trades throughout the day, only to get CPQ again near the close.

If they open down, they normally creep up towards their previous close. Frequently they gap down. Downside is not as playable as the upside however. Sometimes they sell off early, creep up, then fall back to close lower. Rarely do they ever post higher gains after the first 2 hours of the day.

Good luck
