They never tell you how much credit interest you earn and how much debit interest you pay. They net them out on their server, and only post one way or another. This means it is very difficult for you to find out whether they mess up. I don't know why they do this. E-trade server is so slow and sucks, however, one good thing about E-trade is that they calculate debit and credit very clearly, and often times correctly, and they post both. Datek: if your are watching this thread, I think you should think to change this kind of sneaky account practice.
