I look at insider buying as one factor. I think it's good to see management put their money where their mouths are. In this instance though, MEDA is 50% of what it was when management was buying this summer. Obviously, insider buying is not infallible. I wasn't able to find any evidence of recent insider buying (perhaps they're all out of money?) I also look at increases in volume coupled with increases in the price of the stock. Often this is a precursor to big moves. I found Friday's action interesting but I'm not buying more yet. Hard to see MEDA getting much cheaper.
