Glenn, I have begun to wonder about this, too. Even if there is not oversupply anytime soon, there sure are lots more co's to choose from now, some of them actually profitable.

And as more and more people learn more and more about the internet, I think investors will be much more able to make distinctions between the various puiblic net co's, and exactly what they do, and what each of their roles are in this "web thing". As time goes on, investors will become more discriminating (relatively speaking <g> ) in what they buy when it comes to net stocks. As a result, these stocks will not all keep zooming up and down together, as if they all do the same thing, and all have the same financials. This may take some time to materialize, but it will surely come about, imo.
