"Psssstttttt! It is a shake out!!!!!"
Is that a Joke? Anyone who bought at higher levels and is still in won't be shaken out now, and anyone who bought in at 0.07 is not likely to be shaken since the down side risk is pretty small. If I thought that FLA was going to go up to 0.50 in the future, and I wanted to shake a lot shares loose, I would push the price up to 0.10 and grab the shares being dumped by the people who bought in at 0.06.
Not that it will happen, personally I think this one is so dead that vultures wouldn't touch it.

Who is fooling whom?
