Hi Joe, I see the same thing on the TA as you do... even though I still like "Big Charts" better (VBG). It certainly appears to me that someone or a group is accumulating stock in the 19-22 area. As soon as the sellers (most probably day-traders or short-term traders looking for a quick "pop" from an announcement) start drying-up, I believe we'll move up to the next level... and then as announcements start coming out we will, IMO, move fairly rapidly through the resistance areas. Those 140,000 shares got taken in quite quickly and it did bounce right back. Still nice to have the fundamentals first, but the TA, at least IMO, gives a pretty good feel for what is happening... and I agree with you... there appears to be accumulation going on from someplace.
