that does not sound good, I hope for those that are in the #'s are at least ok...If they are not...oh well... I have no position but, the timing of all this well just seems ominous...Yet KTEL was the Strongest of all the Net stocks today one other that managed to gain today was ONSL also of which I have no position.

<"Goldman Sachs is having an internet stock conference on Friday">

I doubt if Goldman's, DELL, or anyone else can save the net this week
a bearish engulfing is on all of the net stocks technically speaking. The
run across the net was basically halted.

With the fed meeting around the corner, this market will correct a bit in
an effort to persuade the feds to ease which, just may not come...

The market will be on hold til then and slick willie, may also have some
games to play in Iraq, which may also put a damper on markets...

Rajiv, thanks for the reminder. I look forward to reviewing their balance sheet and operation results. Revenues declined 12% in Q3 (ended 3/31/98 vs. 3/31/97) and declined 14% in Q4. Earnings turned into losses. Debt increased from $2.7 MM in Q3 to $3.7 MM in Q4, and Accounts Payable also shot up from $4.7 MM in Q3 to $7.4 MM in Q4.

Regards,

Tom

>> The Q4 results were announced late because the SEC allows a 90 day period for filing the 10-K. <<

True to form, KTEL filed late (even later than the 90 days) just like the previous year.

Go check the SEC filings on this joke company. They can't even file their SEC documents on time.
